Welcome to Teach Elementary School! Our school is a place for students to develop 21st century skills in engaging, rigorous, student-centered classrooms. We take pride in our close-knit community that embraces all of our students' uniqueness and encourages their individual perspectives. Our daily guidance for students is centered on their Safety, Productivity, Respect, Responsibility, and Kindness, or SPARRK! We are proud of our Teach Tigers and honored to be a part of their education.

Mr. Martin was born and raised on the central coast and has been with San Luis Coastal Unified School District for the past 11 years as an elementary principal.  Prior to becoming a Teach Tiger he served as principal at Sinsheimer Elementary. In Mr. Martin's 25+ year career he has worked in 3 different school districts in 2 different states while serving as a teacher and administrator for elementary, middle, and high school students.  He cares deeply for the school communities he serves.  He is known for his passion for providing students with dynamic learning experiences. This passion is also demonstrated in his other role as Summer Experience program director for our district.
